NetSoft established itself as a laboratory healthcare industry leader in 2000. Under the core direction of Rob Keathley, Byron Davis, and Bill Hughes, IntelliPath was developed and is now one of the leading Anatomic Pathology Laboratory Information Systems in the United States. The broad offerings of IntelliPath have been discovered by laboratories all over the country and the software is used to process over 4 million specimens per year. Not only does the leadership have a combined experience of over 60 years in the laboratory software industry, NetSoft’s flagship software, IntelliPath, has been co-developed by over 100 laboratory experts lending credence to its effectiveness in the pathology laboratory environment. Leadership/Administration

Byron Davis is one of the co-founders of NetSoft and is from Indianapolis, IN. He has almost 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He attended Perimeter College in Decatur, GA. He is an avid golfer and triathlete.

Robert Keathley is a native of Sparta, TN but spent most of his childhood growing up in Palm Bay, FL. He has served NetSoft for 17 years. He is a graduate of Clearwater Christian College with a degree in Mathematics. He began programming at the young age of 8 and has served in medical software for 20 years.

Courtney Sturgis is a Georgia native and joined NetSoft in July 2019. She earned her Bachelors from Augusta University and her Masters from Auburn University. Courtney enjoys travel, brunch, and all things home decor.

Matthew Crow is a native of Dalton, GA, and has served NetSoft since 2012. Matthew is a graduate of Truett-McConnell College. He has over 15 years of customer service experience including 9 years in the healthcare and IT fields. He loves spending time with his wife and 3 sons.

Tony Pepper is from the state of Kentucky. He has served NetSoft since 2001. He has a Bachelor's degree from Georgia State in Information Systems and has over 25 years of experience in the IT field.

Alexander Santos Santana is from the Dominican Republic. He has served NetSoft since August 2020. He is a certified Full Stack Developer from Digital Crafts Atlanta and a Computer Science student at Georgia State University. Alex loves the Atlanta Falcons, K-Series Hondas, and building computers.

Sheridan LaRotonda is a native of Dallas TX but spent the bulk of her childhood in Georgia. She has served NetSoft since 2019. She has over 7 years of customer service experience and loves all things adventure, family, and travel.
