 Freshdesk is here!!!

NetSoft is excited to announce our new customer support software called Freshdesk.  This new software will allow us to better serve you through our online customer portal, improved response time, and better tracking of support items.

To take advantage of the Freshdesk software, register an account through Freshdesk by emailing support@netsoftusa.com.  You will receive in return with instructions on how to register your account.  Once completed, you will have the ability to login to our online customer portal (netsoftusa1.freshdesk.com).  From the portal, you can submit and track your support request as well as view support documentation, updates, and community forums.  Our support library will be limited at first, but continue to grow as we progress.  We will also be tying our NEW website into Freshdesk for additional features so once you begin to use Freshdesk please let us know if you have any suggestions concerning this new support feature.  We are excited about Freshdesk and believe it will provide us with a new way to serve each of you at a high level of customer service.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact NetSoft Support.
